The Chemistry of Copious Tastes

There's something amazing about the simple fritter.  No matter your background or cultural heritage, there in everyone's homestyle cooking is some type of regional fritter, with a flavor or texture that conjures a memory.  We make fritters with variations intended to do just that, it's built into our name; Frittersynthesis. " We Make Fritters".

Our creations might not be completely authentic to it's origins, but our menu items fully represent the richness of their influences.  We take foods and ingredients, making them our own, celebrating their origins by creating something different and unique.  The varied flavors of those influences support our tagline, "The Chemistry of Copious Tastes".  Although you may find that our menu may be ever changing, you will always find it posted along with our schedule of events.  

Last year we had a great time launching our business and meeting the challenges that came with it.  We especially enjoyed talking with everyone who stopped by to order and checked us out.  This year will be no different.

We are beginning to compile what our Summer Season will look like, and hopefully retain the events that we had attended last year. If anything additional happens to come our way, we will gladly take a look at our schedule and post it according.

We still have many things that we would like to accomplish this year.  We would like to add a few more items to the menu and focus on some visual marketing, so you can see the food that we are offering.  We are also planning to paint the truck from it's Emergency Relief Vehicle coloration to something more fitting for us.

Each year we hope to gain more knowledge of what works for us and what people enjoy to eat. We have learned so much from talking with each and everyone one of you, and are again looking forward to getting out and hearing what you have to say.
